Setting Up a Funeral

Well first off you need to have an account on the game ROBLOX since we are not an actual funeral home.

Next, the basic thing to know is what it takes to request a in-game or Virtual Reality funeral. Well the information and requirements are:

1) You have to be a close friend or retaliative of the person you are arranging a funeral for.

2) You need to be able to go onto our main office to arrange a funeral, since there is a lot to work out.

3) Not really necessary but it does help to have a creative and detailed frame of mind. The details that are in the setup doesn't lack in availability. This means that you can almost customize to a "T" if you wish.

4) You need to be able to afford the fee, but don't worry the cost is dirt cheap. The cost is determined by a insurance you have, it requires literal proof as in a t-shirt from a group that will pay for the expenses in actual game currency, you can also pay out of pocket, meaning that you pay the full price of the funeral, which although we like the idea, we don't recommend it nor do we really expect anyone to do so. The final and best option is to purchase a t-shirt located in our group store that cost 2 Robux and pay for all the fees, its a one time purchase and the purchase is saved.

5) You need to commit to a date, we don't do the services on the same day for the pure reason that the materials and paperwork and all the processes we have to do really account for a lot of time. We generally recommend arranging the services a week later at least but we can do next day services if necessary. And once you do arrange a date, please make sure to be there or re arrange, and we do understand no one has consistent schedules I mean, we surely don't, so be willing to reschedule if necessary.

6) Privacy is important, we do not tell any information you don't want us to tell. you don't have to tell us any real life information about the person with the exception of roblox avatars which we need the username for the information such as the Join and quit dates and the ability to use the avatar photo to replicate the character. besodes that we recommend you don't give any personal information, and what you give us stays with us unless we are required to give it to an authority such as the Roblox administrators, and-or a real life court of law with a supina for the information. Those have to be given to us by the game or the court with permission from the game to issue the supina. so you can be sure that the information is safe with us.

Now that we have the requirements down, lets talk about the procedures.

How the system goes is based on the situation at hand. Funerals are usually arranged for real life people who have died, In-Game Characters as in players who have quit the game, or Role-Play characters who have "died" and say to have a funeral arranged.

So how it goes is you put in a formal request this is either done by:

A) Sending in a request by clicking the "Schedule a Funeral" tab above.
B) PM a message to a Funeral director, not a trainee, or the group owner.
C) You can also come into the map while we are there, but be warned if you do this option be prepared to wait because we are probably helping other clients.

Once the request is picked up you will go to our main office with a Funeral Director and you will plan out the funeral. The options are very detailed and some require many different things to work. We try to make sure to get all the information but some things do slip up so.

The next thing that will happen is a NPC or Non Player Character will be created. This will be made to either a avatars likeness or to appearance specifications you give us so body appearance in that sense it is important to have all the details for. Now once that is created depending on situations that will be prepared and sent to the map of the service, or placed in storage. Prep work mainly is embalming unless otherwise requested not to be performed (Role-Play we cant actually embalm the npcs), dressing the npc, and placing them in the casket or coffin off the clients choosing.

What happens next is they are readied for approval by the client. This is to give an opportunity to look at the npc and make changes as necessary and to allow for greater detail to be added.

Then the funeral service is carried out (WARNING: If you do not show up at the time requested you are given a day to show. If you don't the NPC will be put into storage and the plot redone for another client to choose it. Reason why is because we have tons of no shows and it is unfair to other clients and hard on us to wait for people to show up days or weeks later.) the service is done as the client requested taking in account the clients specific religion, personal traditions, and cultural standards. You do not have to be christian to arrange a funeral with us.

Then the body is laid at rest. We have a strict DO NOT DELETE THE BODY policy, once the body is buried or cremated, the remains are handled as needed. We do not just delete and forget. Our cemeteries actually hold the npcs that we created for each funeral and we will be glad to show you if you don't believe us. The body stays on the map it is buried at unless the map is deleted or the client request to have the body removed.

From there on the body can be visited at will and if you wish to have changes done to the grave you can. But you must be the client of the person. we do keep records for this very reason.
